AlphaTerra Capital AIFM, is an Alternative Investment Fund Manager, licensed and regulated by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. It manages non-EU alternative investments (AIFs) that are not marketed in the Union. In relation to these AIFs, Company is exempt from the depositary requirements and requirements relating to the annual report provided for in L.4209/2013.
